I bought these for my sister-in-law who had just had an operation. Firstly, I am in Australia and the on-line purchasing process was simple and easy. Secondly the delivery was on-time and the driver followed my instructions regarding phoning first to ensure that someone could receive the flowers. Thirdly, the arrangement was magnificent - it was so much bigger than I thought, it looked exactly like the picture and my sister-in-law loved them. They also lasted longer than expected.
