Ordered two deliveries during lockdown for my mother and mother in law. They don't deliver on Sundays so I requested Saturday delivery. The flowers didn't arrive. I sent a Facebook and received a response on Sunday saying they were struggling to get hold of fresh cut flowers and they were trying to make a plan. They suggested orchids, which I agreed to and they were delivered on Sunday (Mother's Day). While we didn't get what we wanted, the orchids were absolutely stunning and it really made a big difference that they went above and beyond to ensure delivery was made for Mother's Day. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is because I would have preferred communication from their side first, instead of me needing to reach out. However, I imagined they were stressed trying to meet many demands during a difficult time. I'll definitely use their services again
