Up to five successful referrals a quarter. We check for self referrals and duplicate accounts, because the maths has to work for us too.
The things people actually ask
Does it cost anything to join?
No. It is free, there is no app, and there is no card to carry. You sign in to your Fabulous Flowers account with a one-time code sent to your email.
What is a Crown actually worth?
About one and a quarter cents. 4,000 Crowns is R50 off, 8,000 is R100 off, 16,000 is R200 off. We show the rand value everywhere so you never have to work it out.
I ordered before as a guest. Do those orders count?
Orders placed as a guest under the same email address are picked up when you create your account. Anything before the programme launch date is not included.
How do I get Crowns for a review?
Use the review link in the email we send after your order is delivered. It is checked against your order through Loox and the Crowns land on their own. A written review is 1,600 Crowns, adding a photo or a video of the actual bouquet makes it 3,200. Your Crowns are exactly the same whatever rating you give us, so please tell us the truth.
How does the selfie reward work?
Take a photo at Sea Point or Claremont HQ (and Cavendish Square from 1 October 2026) with our signage visible, post it publicly and tag us, then email a screenshot to hello@fabulousflowers.co.za. 2,000 Crowns per person per quarter, approved by our team.
Will you send me SMS messages?
Never. Everything comes by email, and you choose whether you want occasion reminders, programme updates, or both. You can turn either off at any time.
When do my Crowns expire?
After 24 months with no order and no redemption. Any qualifying order refreshes your whole balance. We email you twice before anything is due to expire.
Is the Crown Board a competition or a lucky draw?
No. There is no chance in it at all. Every square has a named action and a stated reward, and it unlocks the moment you do that thing. You cannot lose, you cannot be beaten to it, and you never buy a play.
Can I use a reward and a promo code together?
No, one discount per order. This keeps the programme affordable so the rewards stay worth having.
I already saved my dates and got the R100. What now?
Nothing to redo. Your saved dates carry straight over and your reminders keep coming exactly as before. If you have an unused R100 code it stays valid, and you will not be asked to give it up to join The Crown Club.
What happens if I return something or an order is refunded?
The Crowns earned on that order are reversed. If you had already spent a reward on it, we restore your balance.
Do the flowers I send earn points for the person receiving them?
No. The Crowns belong to you, the sender. If your recipient wants to join, there is a QR code on the delivery card and they get R75 off their first order over R750.
