We built this hamper for the customer who messaged us on a Wednesday morning to send something to a friend who had just been told the chemo was working but it would be another three months. Not a bouquet. Not a hamper of sparkling wine. Something small and soft and reachable. A teddy to hold. A body butter to reach for. A candle to light. Something sweet to bite into. Three things that say I am here without making her hold a conversation. We have since sent this box to new mothers, recovering daughters, grieving friends, and women who just needed a small soft thing in their hands.

Delivery: Nationwide Courier and Cape Town Same-Day
The Teddy Comfort Care Box is fully shelf-stable, which means we ship it anywhere a courier can reach in South Africa, including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, Stellenbosch and every province in between. Nationwide orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Cape Town customers can choose same-day hand delivery on orders placed before 12pm Monday to Saturday. Tracking is sent by email and SMS the moment the hamper leaves our studio. If you need it to land on a specific morning, like a discharge day or a birthday, choose a future delivery date at checkout.
How To Use the Hamper
The teddy is for keeping. Place the body butter on a bedside or bathroom shelf. Light the candle in a draft-free spot for a 10-minute scent fill before a bath or before bed, and trim the wick to 5mm before each burn. Keep the Mamère nougat sealed and store at room temperature, ideally enjoyed within a few weeks of arrival.

Can I order this for a future date?
Yes. Select your preferred delivery date at checkout. For surgery recovery, hospital discharge days, birthdays and Mother's Day, we recommend booking at least a few days ahead, longer around busy seasonal periods.
Is the teddy bear safe for a baby or small child?
The teddy is sweet and well made and is loved by adults of all ages. As with any plush toy, please supervise children under 3 due to small parts in the packaging. If the box is going to a household with a baby, mention it in the gift note and we will pack with that in mind.
Can I swap an item if the recipient has allergies?
Yes. Email hello@fabulousflowers.co.za before ordering with the allergy details. Most commonly we swap the nougat for nut-free chocolate or biscuits, or swap the candle for an unscented soy alternative.
