Soft Pink Artificial Rose With A Large Open Bloom
There is a softness to a soft-pink rose that does not need explaining. It is the colour of a quiet morning, the colour of something thought about. Our soft pink artificial rose holds that same gentle presence in a room, season after season. One stem on a bedside table and the morning feels considered. Three or five stems gathered in a clear vase and a whole console feels looked after.
Fabulous Flowers has been a trusted Cape Town florist since 1999, and this piece sits comfortably within our silk flowers range. It is the Olivia rose in soft pink: a large, open-bloom rose with broad petals layered from blush at the outer edge to a warmer peach pink at the centre, on a tall leafy stem.
Silk Pink Rose Stem For A Single Statement Or A Gathered Arrangement
One full pink Olivia rose, with wide open petals, a soft peach-pink heart, and mid-green leaves running along a tall stem. Looks beautiful alone in a clear bud vase, or layered into an artificial flower bouquet arrangement with a soft-pink lisianthus and a few stems of pink bougainvillea at 75 cm.
How To Style A Single Silk Rose At Home
A single rose is enough. Place it in a slim clear vase on a bedside, a reading desk, or a bathroom shelf, and let it sit without company. For a fuller arrangement, pair the Olivia with a cabbage rose in pink pearl as a second focal bloom, soften the base with a few stems of pink wax flower, and finish with grey-green eucalyptus for a gentle pink-and-green composition.
Care For Your Silk Pink Rose
Dust gently every few weeks with a soft cloth or a hairdryer on the cool setting. Keep out of direct sun to protect the colour. That is the whole routine.
Same-Day Cape Town Delivery on Artificial Flower Stems
Our artificial flower stems are available for same-day delivery in Cape Town on orders placed before 12 pm. Nationwide courier is not currently offered on our artificial range. Every Cape Town order includes a complimentary handwritten card.
Why A Silk Rose Earns Its Place
Fresh roses are a five-day promise. A well-made silk rose is the version that lasts. A considered housewarming, a quiet hostess gift, an anniversary keepsake, a bedside companion for someone recovering, all moments where one rose says something and does not ask for much in return. Order one to see the quality. For a statement piece, three or five stems gathered in a single vase.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does this artificial rose look real?
In our view, yes. The petals are layered rather than flat, the colour shifts from blush at the outer edges to a warmer peach-pink at the centre the way a real rose does, and the leaves are the proper mid-green with visible veining. Most people have to look closely to tell it is not fresh.
How big is the rose head?
It is a statement-size bloom, larger than a standard stem rose and closer in scale to an English garden rose. Exact diameter TBC, we will update this answer once we have measured the stem.
How long do artificial flowers last compared to fresh roses?
Kept indoors and out of direct sunlight, silk roses hold their colour for years with almost no maintenance. Fresh roses typically last around five days in a vase. If you want the look of a rose permanently on a bedside or console, a good silk stem is the lasting alternative.
What other soft-pink pieces pair well with this rose?
Within our range, the soft-pink lisianthus, the pink wax flower, and the dusty-pink delphinium spray all share the same soft-pink palette. The pink bougainvillea at 75 cm makes a bolder pink statement if you want contrast rather than tone-on-tone.
Can I use artificial roses outdoors?
Indoor or covered-patio use only. Direct sun fades silk flowers over time, and rain will damage the petals. A protected shaded veranda is fine. Full South African sun is not.
