Durbanville Flower and Gift Delivery

Flower and Gift Delivery in Durbanville

Durbanville is one of our busiest delivery areas outside the southern suburbs, and it is a long way from most Cape Town florists. We have been running it since 1999. Every arrangement is hand-tied the morning it travels, loaded onto the northern run and driven out, not handed to a courier. Order before 12pm, Monday to Saturday, for same-day delivery, or call +27 21 674 7206.

Your Durbanville Florist Since 1999

Search for a florist in Durbanville and most of the results are national order-gatherers. They take your money, pass the order to whichever local shop is cheapest that morning, and you never find out which one made it. We are not that. Our own florists arrange every Durbanville order by hand, and if something is wrong you phone us and speak to the person who made it.

We should be straight about the shop question too: we do not have a counter in Durbanville. Our walk-in store is at Cavendish Square. What Durbanville gets is the full studio range, built that morning and delivered, which is a different thing from a fridge in a forecourt.

The Durbanville Flower Shop Range, Delivered

If you are looking for a flower shop in Durbanville, what you usually want is the choice rather than the counter. Everything on our bench travels: roses, peonies in season, tulips, orchids, sunflowers, lilies, proteas, hydrangeas and gerbera daisies, changing with what the growers cut that week.

Start with our hand-tied bouquets if you are not sure. For something that outlasts the week there are indoor plants, which travel the distance better than cut stems in summer.

Same-Day Durbanville Flower Delivery Before 12pm

Durbanville flower delivery runs Monday to Saturday on orders placed before 12pm. After 12pm it goes out the next working day, and you can set a future date at checkout if you are sending ahead.

Delivery is calculated at checkout once you enter the Durbanville address. The northern run leaves early, so an order placed first thing arrives earlier in the day than one placed at five to twelve.

Flowers to Mediclinic Durbanville

A steady share of our Durbanville work goes to the hospital rather than a house. Give us the ward name or number, the patient's full name as it appears on the admission, and a mobile number for a family member. We work to the ward's visiting hours rather than our own run.

Some wards will not accept fresh flowers, intensive care among them. We will tell you before you order and send something that is allowed instead. See hospital flower and gift delivery for arrangements built for a narrow bedside table. If the patient is discharged before we arrive, we phone you and redirect to a home address.

Durbanville Homes, Estates and Businesses

Much of Durbanville is behind an estate gate, and estates are where deliveries stall. Give us the estate name, the gate code if there is one, and a mobile number for the recipient. If nobody is home we leave the order at the gatehouse and message you to say where it is.

For the businesses along Main Road and in the surrounding parks, add the company name and the floor or unit. We hold standing weekly and fortnightly orders for a number of Durbanville businesses, invoiced monthly.

Durbanville Gift Delivery and Gift Boxes

Not every occasion calls for stems, and over this distance a gift box often arrives in better shape than a tall arrangement. Our gift boxes and hampers are packed by hand and travel on the same run, so a gift and a bouquet to one Durbanville address arrive together rather than on separate days.

Delivering Around Durbanville

Durbanville is on our northern run alongside Brackenfell, Kraaifontein and Bellville, so an order going to more than one of them travels together on the same morning.

For the rest of the city see flower delivery across Cape Town, or our full Cape Town florist range. To get the longest life from them once they arrive, our flower care guide covers conditioning, water changes and the mistakes that cost a bouquet three days.
