How To Store the Healthy Collection

The fresh bananas and grapes are best eaten within three to five days of arrival. Keep the grapes refrigerated in a breathable bag, and the bananas at room temperature (not in the fridge, which turns the skins black). The dried fruit, nuts and chia seeds are shelf-stable. Store the dried fruit and nuts in an airtight container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, and they will hold their quality for several months. The chia seeds last up to two years in a sealed bag in the pantry.

The Healthy Collection contains nuts (mixed nuts and macadamias). What if a specific dried fruit or nut is out of stock?

The four-part structure (dried fruit + fresh fruit + nuts + seeds) is fixed. If a specific variety like dried mango or macadamias is short on the day, we substitute with a same-tier alternative in the same weight band (for example, dried pears for the mango, or pecans for the macadamias). We never downgrade value or change the calibre of the box.

Yes. Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout. We hand-pack every box on the morning of delivery and select the fresh bananas and grapes the same day so they arrive at their best.

Fresh Flowers

Find a Vase: Your lovely blooms need a drink! Put them in your favourite vase with fresh water as soon as possible.

Trim Those Stems: Keep those stems fresh by cutting them at an angle. This allows more water up the stem. Checking and trimming the stems every few days will keep them sound.

Gently Strip Leaves: Remove any excess leaves, especially from the part of the stem that will be submerged. This helps to avoid rot and bacteria, which can shorten your flowers' life span.

Remove Old Blooms: Drooping flowers release ethylene gas, which may accelerate the aging of other flowers. Strip off any dead or dying flowers to keep the rest of the bouquet looking bright and fresh.

Keep Them Cool: Place your flowers away from heat sources such as heaters, televisions, or ovens to retain the beauty of your flowers.

Clean Water: Always place your flowers in clean water. Refresh your vase with water daily or at least every second day.
