The bouquet arrives hand-tied, hydrated and wrapped. Trim 2cm off the stems at a 45-degree angle, place in a clean vase with fresh cool water, and keep away from direct sunlight to extend the bloom life. The cake arrives on a white plate, ready to lift onto the birthday table. The fresh florals on top are decorative — lift them off before slicing. The chocolate pearls are edible. Store the cake at cool room temperature and serve the day it arrives for best taste. The balloons arrive inflated; they will hold helium for 24-48 hours.

Trim Those Stems: Keep those stems fresh by cutting them at an angle. This allows more water up the stem. Checking and trimming the stems every few days will keep them sound.

Gently Strip Leaves: Remove any excess leaves, especially from the part of the stem that will be submerged. This helps to avoid rot and bacteria, which can shorten your flowers life span.

Remove Old Blooms: Drooping flowers release ethylene gas, which may accelerate the aging of other flowers. Strip off any dead or dying flowers to keep the rest of the bouquet looking bright and fresh.

Keep Them Cool: Place your flowers away from heat sources such as heaters, televisions, or ovens to retain the beauty of your flowers.

Clean Water: Always place your flowers in clean water. Refresh your vase with water daily or at least every second day.
