Yes. Castello Brie and Fairview cream cheese are sealed and packed cold for transit, and they hold quality for the courier window. We recommend refrigerating both on arrival. The wine, biscuits, chocolates and book are shelf-stable.

Can I change or upgrade the wine?

What happens if a product is out of stock?

We substitute with a like-for-like item of equal or higher value. The Chenin Blanc rotates by vintage. Castello Brie may be substituted with another premium French-style brie. Fairview products are substituted within the Fairview range. You always get the same calibre of hamper, never a downgrade.

Find a Vase: Your lovely blooms need a drink! Put them in your favourite vase with fresh water as soon as possible.

Trim Those Stems: Keep those stems fresh by cutting them at an angle. This allows more water up the stem. Checking and trimming the stems every few days will keep them sound.

Gently Strip Leaves: Remove any excess leaves, especially from the part of the stem that will be submerged. This helps to avoid rot and bacteria, which can shorten your flowers' life span.

Remove Old Blooms: Drooping flowers release ethylene gas, which may accelerate the aging of other flowers. Strip off any dead or dying flowers to keep the rest of the bouquet looking bright and fresh.

Keep Them Cool: Place your flowers away from heat sources such as heaters, televisions, or ovens to retain the beauty of your flowers.

Clean Water: Always place your flowers in clean water. Refresh your vase with water daily or at least every second day.
