Find a Vase: Your lovely blooms need a drink! Put them in your favourite vase with fresh water as soon as possible.
Trim Those Stems: Keep those stems fresh by cutting them at an angle. This allows more water up the stem. Checking and trimming the stems every few days will keep them sound.
Gently Strip Leaves: Remove any excess leaves, especially from the part of the stem that will be submerged. This helps to avoid rot and bacteria, which can shorten your flowers life span.
Remove Old Blooms: Drooping flowers release ethylene gas, which may accelerate the aging of other flowers. Strip off any dead or dying flowers to keep the rest of the bouquet looking bright and fresh.
Keep Them Cool: Place your flowers away from heat sources such as heaters, televisions, or ovens to retain the beauty of your flowers.
Clean Water: Always place your flowers in clean water. Refresh your vase with water daily or at least every second day.
Storage Tips: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to keep contents in perfect condition.

Whilst I appreciate that rain apparently drowned the flower farms used as suppliers, (explained to me by Fabulous flowers) the company should have contacted me much earlier than 1 pm on the day of delivery for a person’s special birthday to tell me that. So the large sized arrangement of flowers that I had paid a considerable amount for was not delivered on the actual birthday date, which was very disappointing in itself but the bunch was also much smaller than advertised and had no vase to go with it as shown in the picture.
I would not recommend using Fabulous Flowers. They really let me down and the person who was to receive them on their special day!! Their prices are excessive for what you get and there is no personal service such as the provision of a card to go with the flowers.

We apologise for not calling before 1 PM. We have a flower van that comes around 1 PM every day, so we were hoping to find something there to fulfil your order.
We have a section on the online order sheet where you can add a message and select whether this is a gift or not. It appears that you didn't select the gift option, and there was also no message, which is a flag to us that this could have been an order for yourself. If you had mentioned it was a gift, we would have emailed you to ask if a message should be sent with your order.
You will also notice on your order confirmation email that all the order details relate to your recipient, and there is no mention of your name or a birthday, once again notifying our team that this wasn't a gift.
The Lush and Lovely Bouquet doesn't include a vase, but this can be requested at an additional charge.
Again, we apologise that this order was not completed as you intended it to be. We hope this feedback gives you insight into how we operate and how the order was placed. Given the opportunity to create for you again, we will pay extra attention to assist you.
