The Cape Town Protea Bouquet is the one most people send, and the only design here offered in two sizes: Medium at R1,075 and Large at R1,255. The Royal Protea Flower Bouquet at R1,890 is the statement piece. The fourth is a mixed luxury bouquet in which a protea appears among several other flower types.
Protea-led or mixed bouquet?
This matters more than colour. A protea-led bouquet puts proteas in front, with other stems and textures supporting them. A mixed bouquet contains a protea among several other flower types, so the protea is a note rather than the theme. If the person receiving it specifically loves proteas, choose a protea-led design. Some protea bouquets also include other fynbos textures alongside the proteas.

Caring for a cut protea bouquet
Recut the stems at an angle before they go in the vase. Use a clean vase, cool water and commercial flower food mixed as directed. Keep all foliage above the waterline, change the water every few days, and keep the vase in a cool spot, out of direct sunlight and away from heat.
