Flower and Gift Delivery in Hyde Park
Hyde Park is barely a square kilometre: Hyde Park Corner at the south, Hyde Park Lane through the middle, and Jan Smuts Avenue carrying the traffic past the edge. We deliver to all of it, six days a week, as a family florist since 1999. Order before 12pm, Monday to Saturday, for same-day flower delivery, or call +27 21 674 7206.
Your Hyde Park Florist Since 1999
Search for a florist in Hyde Park and much of what comes back is a national order-gatherer that takes the order and passes it to whichever shop is cheapest that morning. We are not that. Fresh flowers for Hyde Park are arranged by our own florists in our Johannesburg studio in South Kensington, on the morning they travel, and if something is not right you phone us and speak to the person who made it.
Same-Day Hyde Park Flower Delivery Before 12pm
Hyde Park flower delivery runs Monday to Saturday on orders placed before 12pm. After that it goes out the next working day, and you can set any future date at checkout if you are sending ahead for a birthday or an anniversary.
Delivery is calculated at checkout once you enter the Hyde Park address. If you are not sure what to send, our hand-tied bouquets are where most Hyde Park orders start.
Hyde Park Gift Hampers and Gift Boxes
Gifts run on a different timetable to flowers, and it is better said now than at checkout. Our gift hampers and gift boxes are hand-packed at our Claremont headquarters in Cape Town and couriered to Hyde Park in two to four working days, tracked the whole way.
That makes a hamper a planning purchase rather than a same-day one. If it has to arrive today, send flowers from the Johannesburg studio instead. If you have a date in mind, order the hamper three to five working days ahead and it will land comfortably in time.
Hyde Park Access and Delivery Notes
Almost nothing here is a straightforward doorstep. It is secure apartment blocks, homes behind gates, and the offices and hotel above Hyde Park Corner. Give us the building name, the unit or suite number and a mobile number for the recipient.
For a hotel delivery we need the guest's name, the reservation name if it differs, and the check-in date. A guest arriving late in the afternoon cannot receive flowers mid-morning unless the concierge takes them, so tell us the arrival time and we will plan around it.
If nobody is home we leave the order with a gatehouse, reception or security and message the recipient to say exactly where it is. We do not leave an arrangement standing in the Highveld sun, because an afternoon of it undoes a morning of work.
Corporate Flowers and Standing Orders
We hold standing weekly and fortnightly flower orders for offices across Johannesburg, invoiced monthly rather than order by order, with a brief kept on file so it does not need re-explaining each week.
For a corporate hamper run to several Hyde Park addresses, the courier lead time applies to every box, so give us the week rather than the day.
Delivering Around Hyde Park
Hyde Park sits near Sandton and Rosebank. For anywhere else see flower delivery across Johannesburg or our nationwide gift delivery range.
To get the longest life out of an arrangement once it arrives, our flower care guide covers conditioning, water changes and the mistakes that cost a bouquet three days.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you deliver flowers to Hyde Park on the same day?
Yes. Order before 12pm, Monday to Saturday, and fresh flowers are arranged in our Johannesburg studio that morning and delivered the same day to eligible Hyde Park addresses.
Can I get a gift hamper delivered to Hyde Park today?
No. Hampers and gift boxes are hand-packed at our Claremont headquarters and couriered in two to four working days. For something that must arrive today, send flowers instead.
Can you deliver flowers to the hotel at Hyde Park Corner?
Yes. We need the guest's name, the reservation name if it differs, the check-in date and the arrival time. If the room is not ready the concierge will hold it.
Is there a Fabulous Flowers shop in Hyde Park?
No. Hyde Park is a delivery area, served from our Johannesburg studio for flowers and our Claremont headquarters for gifts. Our walk-in store is at Cavendish Square in Cape Town.
What happens if nobody is home?
We hand over to a gatehouse, reception or security and message the recipient to say exactly where the flowers are. If there is nobody at all we hold them and arrange a second attempt.
How much is delivery to Hyde Park?
It is calculated at checkout once you enter the address. Flower delivery and courier gift delivery are priced separately because they travel differently.
Do you deliver to Hyde Park on a Sunday?
Our delivery days are Monday to Saturday. For a Sunday occasion, order flowers for Saturday delivery.
