Faerie Glen Pretoria Gift Delivery

Flower and Gift Delivery to Faerie Glen

Faerie Glen sits on the eastern edge of Pretoria, below the ridge and the nature reserve, and it is one of our regular courier routes. Hampers and silk arrangements are packed by hand at our Claremont headquarters in Cape Town and couriered up, tracked the whole way. We have been doing this as a family business since 1999. Call +27 21 674 7206 if you would rather talk it through.

How Faerie Glen Delivery Works

Here it is plainly, because this is the part most gift sites leave vague. Nothing is held in a warehouse near Faerie Glen. Every hamper and arrangement is built to order at our Claremont headquarters in Cape Town, checked, boxed and handed to a courier, and that transit is two to four working days to a Faerie Glen address.

That makes this a planning purchase rather than a same-day one. Order three to five working days before the date and it arrives comfortably in time. We cannot send fresh flowers to Faerie Glen, because a cut stem will not survive the trip, so what travels is silk arrangements and hampers that arrive looking the way they left.

Gift Hampers and Gift Boxes for Faerie Glen

Our gift hampers are most of what goes to Faerie Glen: wine and biltong pairings, chocolate and Lindt selections, pamper and spa sets, and the larger baskets people send for a new baby or a thank you. Our snack hampers are the easy choice for an office and our gift boxes are the smaller end of the range.

Nothing in the courier range is perishable, which is deliberate. A hamper survives a long transit and a reception desk, and it keeps once it arrives rather than needing a vase and daily water.

Silk and Artificial Flowers Delivered to Faerie Glen

If you want the look of flowers rather than a box of food, our silk and artificial arrangements are the answer for Faerie Glen. They travel the full distance without wilting, they need nothing doing to them, and they last for years rather than days.

For a holiday home, a guest room or an office reception where nobody is going to change the water, they are a better gift than fresh stems would be even if we could send them.

Sending to Faerie Glen

Most Faerie Glen addresses are houses and townhouse complexes behind a boom or a shared gate. Add the complex name, the unit number and a mobile number for the recipient, because a courier who cannot get past a gate will take the parcel away again.

For the offices and consulting rooms around the Faerie Glen and Menlyn side, give us the company or practice name and a contact number rather than the street address alone.

Birthdays, Sympathy and Occasions

Birthdays are the most common reason people order to Faerie Glen, and the lead time is what catches people out. Work backwards from the date: five working days ahead leaves room for a courier delay, the day before does not. Our birthday gift boxes hold well if they arrive a day or two early.

For a sympathy gift, a hamper is usually easier on a household than an arrangement that needs looking after, and it does not need to be dealt with on the day it lands. Every order carries a free handwritten card, written out by the person packing it rather than printed.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does delivery to Faerie Glen take?

Two to four working days by tracked courier from our Claremont headquarters in Cape Town. Order three to five working days before you need it to be safe.

Can you deliver fresh flowers to Faerie Glen?

No. Fresh flowers are same-day only in Cape Town and Johannesburg, where we have our own studios and drivers. To Faerie Glen we send silk arrangements and hampers by courier, which arrive in the condition they left in.

Can I get a gift to Faerie Glen today?

No. The courier transit is two to four working days, so a same-day gift is not possible. Order ahead and it will land on time.

Is the delivery tracked?

Yes. Every courier gift carries tracking, and we will send it to you on request.

Do you include a card?

Yes, free, and handwritten by the person packing the gift rather than printed. Add your message at checkout, and say if you would rather the sender line was left off.

Can I order to Faerie Glen from overseas?

Yes, and a good share of these orders do come from abroad. Order a week ahead where you can, leave your own number in the delivery notes, and we will message you once it lands.

What happens if nobody is there?

The courier will attempt redelivery or leave it with a reception or gatehouse, depending on the address. A mobile number for the recipient makes this far less likely to go wrong.

Can you handle a corporate run to Faerie Glen?

Yes, from a dozen boxes to a few hundred, invoiced rather than paid order by order. Give us the week rather than the day, and brief a December run in October or early November.
