Choose fresh lilies and lily bouquets
Fabulous Flowers lists 21 lily designs available today, from R515. Two are lily-led: the Lily Bouquet at R1,280 and Lovely Lily's Flowers at R520. The rest are mixed designs where lilies sit alongside roses, gerberas, chrysanthemums, snapdragons or delphiniums. If you want lilies and nothing else, start with those two.
Important information for cat owners
True lilies are dangerous to cats. Eating any part of the plant, or licking pollen off fur, or drinking vase water, can cause kidney failure. Keep lilies out of any home with a cat, and if you suspect exposure contact a vet the same day rather than waiting for symptoms. Common names mislead here: calla and arum lilies are not true lilies and irritate the mouth and throat instead, so neither is safe for a cat either. If there is a cat in the house, say so in your order notes and our florists will send something else.
Lily bouquet or lily arrangement?
A lily bouquet arrives wrapped for the recipient's own vase. A lily arrangement is built into the container it arrives in and needs no vase. Our range runs roughly two bouquets to every arrangement. Lily designs start at R515 and the median lowest-variant price is R1,155. Prices checked 9 August 2026 across the 21 designs available today.

Several designs price by size, so the grid shows the smallest option. Nothing in the lily range sits under R500.
Choosing lilies by colour and scent
White and pink dominate the current range, with a few brighter designs in orange and multicolour. Scent depends on the botanical group: Oriental lilies are generally large and strongly perfumed, Asiatic lilies are often brightly coloured and unscented, and Longiflorum and trumpet types can be scented. Fabulous Flowers does not publish the group for each design, so if fragrance matters, ask us before you order.
Lily delivery in Cape Town and Johannesburg
Order eligible lilies before 12pm, Monday to Saturday, for same-day delivery to most Cape Town and Johannesburg suburbs. Some designs are Cape Town only, and each product page states where it can go. Fresh lilies are not couriered to the rest of South Africa.

Caring for cut lilies
Start with a clean vase and mix the flower food as directed. Recut the stems, strip any foliage that would sit below the waterline, and change the water every few days.
