As a fresh bakery item with fresh florals on top, the cake does NOT ship by nationwide courier and is NOT available for Johannesburg same-day delivery.

How To Serve It

For best taste, serve the cake the day it arrives. The fresh florals are decorative — lift them off before slicing. The chocolate pearls are edible and can be served alongside. Store the cake at cool room temperature, away from direct sunlight. If the tea is the next day, refrigerate gently and bring it back to room temperature for about thirty minutes before slicing so the buttercream softens.
