• Mini Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting warmly spiced, soft-crumbed, topped with a smooth cream cheese icing. The classic that everyone reaches for first.
• Blueberry Cheesecake single-portion baked cheesecake on a buttery biscuit base with a blueberry compote crown. The cosy comfort flavour in the box. Also sold on its own (see our Blueberry Cheesecake).
• Classic Cheesecake silky baked cream cheese filling on a golden digestive biscuit base with subtle sweetness. The bright, lighter sister to the blueberry. Also sold on its own (see our Cheesecake).
• Chocolate Orange Tart (gluten-free) a deep, dark chocolate ganache filling with a fresh orange note, set in a crisp gluten-free shell. The grown-up dessert in the box.
• Chocolate Pecan Brownie (gluten-free) dense, fudgy, packed with roasted pecans. The texture moment. Gluten-free without tasting gluten-free.

The box arrives ready to open at the kitchen table. Best enjoyed within 24 hours of delivery, with the cheesecakes taken out of the fridge twenty minutes before serving so the fillings soften. Refrigerate any leftovers and consume within 48 hours. The brownie and the tart hold up the longest. The cheesecakes are at their best on day one. Trim Those Stems: Keep those stems fresh by cutting them at an angle. Checking and trimming the stems every few days will keep them sound.

Clean Water: Refresh your vase with water daily or at least every second day.

Watering: Ensure your plants are hydrated but avoid overwatering. Check the soil moisture regularly and water it when the top inch feels dry.
