Same-Day Delivery
We offer same-day delivery in Cape Town and Johannesburg for orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of delivery.
- Cape Town — Delivered by our Cape Town florists (Fabulous Flowers & Fabulous Sea Point)
- Johannesburg — Delivered via our Johannesburg same-day delivery service
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery date. Same-day delivery is subject to availability and delivery area coverage.
Nationwide Delivery
We deliver across South Africa via our courier partner, Bob Go.
- Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days from dispatch
- Orders are processed and dispatched on the same or next business day
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
What Happens If No One Is Home?
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to leave the order in a safe location or with a neighbour. A notification will be sent to the contact number provided. Please ensure someone is available to receive fresh floral arrangements, as they are perishable.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
- For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 12:00 PM
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected items. Same-day delivery rates may differ from standard nationwide courier rates.
