Fabulous Flowers Detailed Return and Exchange Policy

Introduction

At Fabulous Flowers, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality flowers and customer service. We understand that sometimes, a purchase may not meet your expectations or needs. Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide clear instructions and options for our customers to rectify any issues with their purchases.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

You can return the flowers if unsatisfied with your purchase within three (3) days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized items (unless defective or damaged)
  • Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)

Return Process

In-Store Returns

You can return items in person at our Fabulous Flowers location in Cavendish Square. Our dedicated staff will be on hand to facilitate your return. Please bring the items along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns by Mail

If you prefer to return the items by mail, please send them to:

Fabulous Flowers 16-18 Toffie Lane, Claremont, Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA 7708.

Make sure the items are securely packaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Proof of Purchase

For a return to be processed, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done that and still have not received your refund, don't hesitate to contact us at info@fabulousflowers.co.za.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@fabulousflowers.co.za and send your item to our returns address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift to the the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
