Corporate account questions
How much does a corporate account cost?
Nothing to open. Your discount scales with your monthly spend: 10% off when you spend under R5,000 in a month, 12% from R5,000 to R9,999, and 15% from R10,000, or any single list of 50 or more gifts. The tier resets each month, and we confirm your rate on every quote.
Can we pay on terms?
Yes. Approved accounts order on Net 30 with a purchase order number and settle on one monthly invoice.
Do you deliver outside Cape Town and Johannesburg?
Yes. Same-day fresh flowers are available in Cape Town and Johannesburg for orders before 12pm. Gift boxes and hampers ship nationwide in two to four business days.
Can you deliver to many recipients at once?
Absolutely. Send us one list with names, addresses and card messages, and we deliver to each recipient for you.
Can we add a personal message to each gift?
Yes. Every gift goes out with your message handwritten on our signature Fabulous card. Send one list of messages and our team writes each one for you.
How quickly will someone come back to me?

What is your B-BBEE status?
